Our family has comitted ourselves to reading the scriptures each day. McKay and Mackenzie are excited because now they have their own sets with their names on them. So each night all three kids bring them downstairs and take turns reading. After I put everyone to bed last night Jordan came down and and said that he needed a book mark. I asked him why and he said that it was for his scrpitures. He said that he and McKay had started their own reading group and were reading in Genisis. I went up stairs to see what this was all about. They started telling me about how they learned about the creation. McKay said, "It said a lot and it was good" They really understood what they were reading. So this morning, I got up a little late and went into the boys room ready to haul their little behinds out of bed and what did I see? Jordan, McKay and Mackenzie were laying on the floor reading chapter 2 in Genisis. My heart was so full at this moment. I have such great kids and they are such great examples to me. I love them more the words will ever describe.

What a great story! I still remember when Jordan & the twins were so little, I can hardly believe how old they are now. You do have great kids, that melted my heart too! Love it!
