~Baby Update~

Things are starting to settle down a bit. I am getting used to being a mother of four children. I can't believe I have 4!!! Hailee is such a great baby. She eats well, sleeps well, and is happy most of the time. The kids are all doing great. They love her so much and tell her every night. I love to see them be so sweet with her. My mom just went home on Sunday. My dad flew back to drive home with her, so we got to visit with my dad again. I sure hate living so far away from our family. I miss them all the time. Maybe one day we will live closer...
So that is really all the news from us. We are going to staying inside for a couple of months because of the RSV season. I don't want a sick baby. So anyone, give me a call. I am sure that I will need some adult conversation.

Our Baby is Here!

Wed November 28th, Hailee Anne Karpowitz joined our family. She was 7 lbs even and 20 1/2 inches long. She is beautiful and we are so thankful that she is here and healthy.

Bob the Builder

For a few months, the COSI museum is having Bob the Builder as their special guests. So me and the kids decided that we would go and see what Bob had to offer. It was great fun. EVERYTHING was on kid level. Perfect for my kids ages. They had a great time and I think that we spent 2 hours just in the Bob exhibit. While we were there we even got to meet Bob. The kids were a little afraid of him, so I had to be in the picture with them. It was great. They told me that the exhibit will be traveling, so check you local museums and see if he is stopping in your neighborhood.

Halloween

Hope that your Halloween was as much fun as ours was! We had fun trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. The kids got so much candy. It is so tempting not to sneak into it, hehehe!

Our version of carving pumpkins. It was just as much fun to color on the pumpkins as to take a knife to it. And much more safe.

A Whole Lot of Pictures!

Here are a lot of my favorite pictures from our trip. I just thought I would share.

Grandma and her grandaughter!
ALMOST all the kids. McKay was indisposed at the time of this photo.

I LOVE this picture.

The Utah Trip

Here were a few of my favorite pictures from our trip.

The Family. I don't have one with everyone in it.
We are all grown up. I kind of like this picture because it hides my belly a little. And no, Marcia and I did not coordiante our dresses.

The boys said they LOVED to play on the temple walls. You know what the prophet says, "let the children touch the walls so they can feel the spirit".
Mackenzie was so beautiful at the wedding. She got a special new dress and looked so grown up. She kept thinking she was getting married. We talked a lot about her wedding. She keeps telling us that she is getting married in the temple to a special boy and will wear a white dress. We are going to keep having this conversation for a long time :)

Last Season Soccer

I found these pictures of the kids from last soccer season and I thought they were just too cute not to share. Soccer has started again so look forward to lost of soccer posts to come.

First day of Preschool

Last week the twins had their first day of school. They were very excited. McKay wants to be like Jordan all the time and so he was really excited. Mackenzie would not pose for a picture alone. It was kind of hard for me to take them all to school and then come home alone. I tried to remind myself that in a few months, I won't be alone anymore and to just enjoy it, but I really have to say it is much harder then I EVER imagined.

Swimming Sucess!!!

This summer we have been swimming a lot. It is our favorite thing to do. So with all this swimming we have been learing to swim without floaties. About 1 month ago...they all got it. They are like little fish all over the pool. They really are very good.

Prego Belly

I have not wanted to post a picture of me pregnant because I feel HUGE. but Mike took this picture and I guess that I will share. I am 26 weeks pregnant here...I think. I only keep track when I go to the Dr and they tell me. I can't remember things like that anymore.

First day of Kindergarten

Well, today was the day that I have been crying about all month long. Jordan started Kindergarten today. He was so excited and ready to go. I loved watching him get ready and get his things together and head out the door. I think that he has a nice teacher and some good kids in his class. They meet all day 2 or 3 days a week and that is a really long time for my little guy to be gone. I go get him at 3:45 and I have been looking at the clock all day long trying to imagine what he is doing now. I can't wait till he gets home and he can tell me all about it. I can't believe that Jordan is old enough to go to school!!
