Mackenzie is getting as close as she can without getting wet.

McKay was following Jordan's lead and playing.

The kids were trying to catch the water. Mackenzie like to be near the water, but not in it.

Jordan was having tons of fun playing in the sprinklers.

Mike and I. Don't we make a cute couple!!!

Here is my very cute grandfather on his special day. We were just getting ready to leave for the party.

Busy Days

Well, we have been playing in the summer sun and loving it. We try to swim once a week and get to the park daily. They have a free lunch program all summer long from kids 1-18. So we go and eat and play as often as we can.
We went to Utah this past weekend for my grandfathers 90th birthday! He loved the party and we loved to be there to celebrate with him. Mike was the cake man during the party. It was a great place for him. The kids were entertained by my young cousins and I enjoyed talking with family we have not seen for a while. We are looking forward to this weekend to camping in Yellowstone. All these years that we having lived in Idaho, we have never been to Yellowstone. Should be fun.

Another cute one!!!

What a worker he is already. Hopefully this will last through his teen years.

One of Jordan's favorite things to do is to help Judy, our land lady, water the plants outside. He carries his watering can along side her and helps.

What a pair. These two keep us on our feet!

Jordan was building somthing in with the blocks! He is such a builder.

Another one of our princess! She is so beautiful!

What a cuttie!! Is she the cutest little girl!! She has turned into a little mother too these days!

WHAT A CUTE BOY! I love this picture. Of course he is in a doll stroller...but still cute!

Another diaper

McKay is diapering his doll. He really loves to play with the dolls these days.

Here is Jordan and his little friend Brandon. I thought that it was cute that they were holding hands as they walked. I also love the Jordan has his hand in his pocket!!!

And here is Cousin Jake. He and Marica came with us.

We went to the Animal museum with the ward and the kids liked to look at all the animals. Here is Mackenzie and I.

McKay was ready to play. I love this look on his face!!

Summer Days

Well, we made it through another week. Today we have been going already. WE went to the college and saw the Animal Museum. IT was neat. The kids liked to look at all the different things. Mackenzie was scared of everything of course. But we had fun. We then went to the green house to see all the plants that they grew there. That was a little too much for our group. I don't know that they will have any luck selling any of those plants anymore. We went to the park after and played for a while. A friend and I meet and walk around the track everyday. It is a nice adult out... even though I have kids with me.
We are looking forward to having lots of visitors this summer. Like we said before... we will keep busy!!!

Fun time are coming soon

We are busy trying to keep busy this summer. We have lots planned, so I think that we will be. Our neighborhood has planned an activity for each week. Today we went to the Fire Station and the Police Station. Jordan and McKay LOVED the fire station. They loved the big trucks. They got to climb on them and sit in the fire engines. Then we got to see the Ambulance. They got to get in those cars too. They of course tried to buckle all the belts that were in the cars.
Then this afternoon we went to our first summer movie club. Jordan and I went to see "Because of Winn Dixie". It was a cute movie, but Jordan got bored from it about 1/2 way through. I think that he thought that we were going to see the Polar Express. That is the only movie that he has seen in the theaters. Twice! We will go to one movie a week for the summer. As long as Jordan will sit through it.

McKay next to the tire. He looked so little next to that big tire.

Mackenzie was looking at things to make sure it was OK for her to get close.

Here the kids are on the back of the ambulance. I though it was a cute picture.

Jordan and McKay are inside an ambulance. We went to the fire station today to have a tour. The boys thought it was the greatest thing. Mackenzie would not get near anything or anyone.

Fun times are yet to come.

Since my last entry, Mike has returned from the Baha and we are all so glad to have that done with. His team did not do as well as we would have hoped, but they did complete the car and they are done.
While Mike was gone, I went to Utah with the kids. It was a well needed trip. I thought that we might all go nuts here by ourselves. But with the trip, we did very well. I drove down on Thursday afternoon and stay with family there. We got to see Nana and Bop and have some fun with them. Our kids sure love to be there. When we were about 10 minutes from home, they were all asking me to go back to Nana's house. While we were there, we did mostly things that we can't do here in Rexburg. We went swimming, went to play with family and went to, of course, McDonalds. I had to get Cafe Rio for myself while they had nuggets adn frys.
Mike was able to meet his dad and brothers there in Arizona. They drove down from California to show support for Mike. He really enjoyed have a cheering section while he was there. We all wanted to go, but with three little kids, I am sure it would have been anything but enjoyable!!!
Mike is glad to have this behind him. Hopefully this experience will bring more job opportunities to our table.
Thanks to all who have helped and supported us.

Fun times are yet to come.

THIS was the favorite thing of the day. They fought over who would be able to take a drink from the fountain.

here is miss Boo

Here is Jordan having fun too.

We went for a ride on the merry-go-round and the kids thought it was the best thing in the world. It is sure easy to have fun with these kids.

Jordan can swim so well with a life jacket. Once he remembered what to do, he was swimming all over the pool. He is a fish in the water.

Mackenzie had as much fun too. What a cute little behind she has. She is jumping to cousin Julie.

We went simming at Christine and Cory's house in Salt Lake. McKay was having way too much fun jumping into the pool. I was sure tired after the play time.

Mackenzie sure found a great spot to sit. She loved to share a chair with Bop!

Here are the boys have hot cakes at great grandpa and grandama Pickup's house. They sure look like they are having fun!!!
