Nana, Grandpa and uncle Bone come to visit

For the past 10 days we have had lots of fun people at our house. First we went and got Nana Pickup. She came for a few days while Mike was traveling. It was sure a great help to me and the kids LOVED every minute of it. They made cookies a few times, read stories, played games and all sorts of other fun things that are more fun to do with Nana's.


Then Uncle Bone came to visit. We are a little slower paced then he really likes, but I think that he had fun with us. He taught the kids to how to stand before you take off from the racing line, how to throw a rock...the right way, and just plain old fun to wrestle with.

Then finally our last guest came into town. Grandpa came. He joined Nana and Bone for the last few days. We played outside, helped him fix things and got grandpa to make funny noises for them. It really has been fun having him here. He will be her through next week for work, so we will get to see a little more of him.

It sure is fun when family comes for a visit. We can't wait till the next time. When Jordan was saying goodbye to Nana, he said, "don't go home. I will miss you so much" that is how we all feel. But we know it won't be too long until we will see them all again soon.
