We have had a visit from Nana Pickup. The kids and I have had such a great visit since she has been here. Today we went to a museum here that was so much fun. They had tons of interactive things for the kids to do. Our kids are just the right age for most of it. They had one display on the decades. The old 1900's phone rang and McKay went to pick it up. He listened for a minute and said to Jordan "It's Shrek". My mom and I laughed so hard. They had a 1960's diner there that you could pretend to make ice cream and burgers and things. Grandma was the short order cook and "made" the kids ice cream. They LOVED it. After she asked for their money and rang them up. It was so much fun. They had a juke box that actually worked. We turned on a song and danced in the diner. They also had a TV station that the kids could play in. They sat in the anchor chair and read the news. Jordan kept hitting the button saying "that's the news".
They also had a water world area. They had a submarine that was in the water. They kids got inside of it with Nana and it was so cute. I stood on the top and took pictures.
In the space area they had a space capsule that you say in and it took off. The kids and I got into that. I would say all around we had a great time and can't wait to go back again soon.

I'm so glad to see your mom is there! I love the phone call.. It's Shrek! I love their little minds...That looks like a fun place for them..Miss you guys!
