Here is the kids with Nana on Christmas Eve

I LOVE This one!

Here is Jordan with Uncle Bone. He sure loves him

Here is Jordan with Mike's helmet on. THis was at Christmas time

Mackenzie giving Grandpa a big squeeze!

This picture is from the summer of 2004 when we were in Minn. We were at the Polaris Event and the kids found a snowmobile that was just their size.

I am not sure if I have attached a picture of my pregnant with the twins before, but here it is. I was 35 weeks! I must say, when I look at this picture, I don't feel so bad about the 20lbs that I still need to lose.

This is old too. Jordan was 9 months old here when we went to Dallas to visit. He really liked Grandpa

I think that this is my all time fav picture of Jordan. It is about 2 years ago. But so cute.

This is Mackenzie when she was only about 6 months old. She really wanted a sip of dad's diet pepsi!

OK. This is really old, but this is the Karpowitz family. We went to Cali to visit with the twins. They are only 10 weeks old here and I STILL look tired.

I found this old picture of the twins. I could not resist putting this on. Are they cue or what

I love this one of him too. He was so pudgy!

Our own Walton's moment

Well, here at the Karpowitz house we had our own Walton's moment. OK, here is the story. McKay and Mackenzie were in their room trying to take a nap. McKay came out and said that he had to go "poop". So I put him on the toilet and came back into my room and was on the computer. I yelled at McKay "are you done"? He yelled back at me "no". Then I yelled back "hurry up". After yelling at him I thought, OK be a better mom then that. So I yelled back at McKay "I love you, McKay" He yelled back at me "I love you mom". Then I heard a little voice from Mackenzie's room, "I love you mom". I yelled back to Mackenzie in her room with the door shut " I love you Mackenzie". Then I hear McKay yell from the toilet "I love you Jordan" who was in the living room. Then Jordan yells back to McKay "I love you McKay". All this yelling and it made me feel so good. It sure is nice to have a family that all loves each other.

After the noise has settled down

It has been a little while since I last posted anything.
Our Christmas was so much fun. Grandma and Grandpa Pickup came into town. We spent Christmas Eve in Idaho Falls at Marcia's house. We had lots of fun, talking, eating, laughing, eating, enjoying each other's company and eating. We sang songs with the kids and watched old movies of my dad when he was growing up. Christmas morning came and the kids were VERY excited. Jordan came out and looked at ALL the presents under the tree and gave a really funny look and ran back to his room. We had presents for 4 very loved kids, Travis Grandpa and Grandma, Marcia and Aaron, and Mike and I. SO there were A LOT of presents. After he realized that we were all going to stay and open presents, he really got into it. He kept asking for presents long after he was done opening his own. He was a great helper with my presents.
We had fun talking to Andrew in Peru. He is doing great and looking forward to coming home in August.
The kids were sad to see Nana and bopa go home. Oh, and Uncle Bone too. They loved Uncle Bone. Whenever we talk about Nana and Bopa, the remind me about Uncle Bone too.
For New Years we had a fun surprise. Grandpa Kim came up from Utah to visit. They were there for Christmas. The kids had fun playing with their other grandpa. McKay was especially worried that Grandpa was going to slip out in the night. Before McKay went to bed, he went to grandpa and asked him not to leave. I think that melted Grandpa's heart a little. It did mine!!!
So after the hustle of the Christmas season has ended, we look back at all the time that we have had with family and are so grateful for them and their effort to come and see us all the way up in Rexburg.
